When will I receive my order?
Please check the very top of the website for my current turn times. If you need something sooner, please checkout the Rush Order option to have your order pushed to the top of my queue.

I put in the wrong address at checkout/I've moved. What do I do?
If you need to change an address on your order, please message me ASAP. I cannot do anything once an order has been shipped.

What do I do if my package was lost in the mail?
All packages will be sent with tracking information. I am not responsible for any packages that are lost/delayed/misdelivered by USPS.

What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your order was damaged during shipping, please reach out to me within a few days of receipt with a photo of the damaged product and we can figure out a refund or replacement.

Do you ship to the UK?
Currently due to the new VAT rules I am not shipping to the UK. I am working on finding a way to make this work for my shop. If you are traveling to the US for a Disney/Universal trip, I can ship to your hotel so that it arrives with you. Please make sure you check with your hotel that they will accept packages for you first and what address/information is needed on the shipping label to make sure it gets to you.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes! There are plenty of custom order listings in the shop for bowbands, masks and bags. Please reach out to me if you have questions on any of the listings.

I'm looking to bulk order an item, is this something you do?
I can definitely do a large number of items at a discounted price. It would depend on fabric availability. Please message me and we can work it out.

The item I really want is sold out, will you have more?
This will depend on the item/fabric availability. Sometimes I do have more fabric left of an item that says it's sold out. Please message me and I can double check for you.
